Please read carefully to ensure you can fully utilize the features of our online health records system for your child’s medical and vaccination records, appointment scheduling, and history input.
Accessing Your Health File
To comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements, it’s essential that you log onto YourHealthFile.com to create and manage your child’s health record. Please note, the site works best on Chrome or Firefox browsers; Internet Explorer is not supported. You will receive an email from us with a starting ID# and password for initial access, which you will then personalize.
Setting Up YourHealthFile
- Activate your account using the initial username and password we sent, by clicking the “Activate your account here” button located in the upper left ORANGE box on the site.
- Update or verify your Demographics and Insurance information. Ensure all fields marked with YELLOW are completed.
- Use the “Check In” button on the Home page or under the Appointment tab before every appointment. Online check-in must be completed within 15 minutes of your appointment time, or you may need to be rescheduled.
- Fill in all requested information across the subsequent pages, hitting “SAVE” and then “next” to ensure your data is recorded. This process is crucial for visit preparation.
- Prior to each visit, you’ll be prompted to answer a set of questions related to the upcoming appointment. Failure to complete these could result in the need to reschedule.
